Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Connect 4 Dog Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Training Approach
All training is force-free, reward-based, and welfare-focused. Training outcomes vary depending on the dog, consistency of practice, environment, and owner commitment. No specific results can be guaranteed.


Health & Behaviour Disclosure

  • Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illness.
  • Any history of aggression, biting, or reactivity must be disclosed before booking.
  • Failure to disclose relevant behavioural history may result in sessions being stopped without refund for safety reasons.



Owner Responsibility

  • Owners are responsible for their dog at all times during 1-to-1 or online sessions.
  • For online sessions, owners are responsible for their training environment and dog handling.
  • Children must be supervised if present.



Liability
Connect 4 Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage caused by a client’s dog during or after training sessions. Owners agree to take full responsibility for their dog’s behaviour.


Equipment
Aversive training tools (including choke chains, prong collars, or electronic collars) are not supported or used.


📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Sessions start and finish at the agreed time; late arrivals may result in reduced session time.



Packages

  • Training packages are non-refundable once started.
  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.



Trainer Cancellation
If Connect 4 Dog Training needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

  • Payment is required in advanceto secure bookings.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.



💻 Online Sessions

  • Online sessions are delivered via Zoom.
  • Clients are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device.

Connect 4 Dog Training complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • Personal data collected (such as name, contact details, dog information, and training history) is used solely for the purpose of providing training services.
  • Your information will never be shared with third partieswithout consent, unless required by law.
  • Data is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary.
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Photos or videos may be used for training or marketing purposes only with your consent.
